Looked good on paper but still has shortcomings
I just took this bag on a 2-week trip. I bought this as an upgrade to the 22" Fairlead because this bag claims to have about +1" in each dimension compared to the Fairlead, which fixed my primary complaint about the Fairlead as a carry-on. I thought this 23" Pathsetter would be the new perfect carry-on, because even though carry-ons are typically 22"x14"x9", airplane overhead bins can always fit more space -- more like 23"x14.5"x12" -- and the Pathsetter is closer to these dimensions. Kind of like "it's not officially a carry-on because the dimensions exceed the standard, but if you use it as a carry-on anyway it will still fit in the compartments and you can pack more stuff than a standard carry-on." Unfortunately I am only giving 3 stars. Cons: the width is shorter than advertised. Website says bag width is 13.5" wide, but it actually only measures 12" wide at the top and bottom edges. It could easily be +2" wider, which would significantly increase space with no loss in portability or functionality. A wider wheelbase would also make it less likely to tip over to the left or right when rolling it. It's disappointing that this new bag is still so narrow. If it increased width by 2" and decreased the height by 1-2" (dimension between the bottom panel and front loop straps), the dimensions would be much better. High Sierra clearly knows how to make a 14" wide bag because the new Pendall carry-on is 14" wide, but it's only 20.8" inches long which is too short for me to consider using. It would also be better if the Pathsetter wheels sat right at the edge of the bag, similar to the Pendall wheels, which helps with a wider and more stable wheelbase. Also, the bag is sewn so that even if you're not using the front zipper pocket, it doesn't fully collapse inside the top main compartment, which wastes interior space. The compression buckles are also smaller than the previous ones on the Fairlead, giving the Pathsetter less compression ability. The outer plastic rails on the bottom side are also unnecessary, as the bottom panel is already stiff enough and the rails just make it harder to slide the bag into overhead airplane compartments. The velcro handle strap on the front also has a tendency to come undone, which could be fixed by making the strap longer so it wraps around the handles more. Because of these shortcomings, this bag isn't the slam dunk I was hoping for (which it could've been if these issues were fixed), so I will be using a different bag in the future.

Amazing Duffle Bag
This is my first time learning about High Sierra & I’m so impressed with the quality and design of their products. I received a duffle bag that has wheels! Omg! It is so perfect for the airport and even weekend getaways. The design of the duffle bag is interesting because it has several zippers and compartments to store items like shoes, laptop, clothes, etc. This is perfect for me as a solo traveler. There was plenty of space and so glad I can use this as a carryon. I’m so grateful to Influenster and High Sierra 💗

Spacious bag!
Honestly both me and my fiancée are in love with this bag, is so spacious, good quality, easy to carry and versatile, you can literally fit so much in there, wether is for a weekend trip or a week long trip. We really like this product, also the color is unique, the more common is black. I think since it feels such a good quality that is gonna last a long time. I would definitely recommend to anyone that loves to travel and be comfortable. I love that it has so many pockets and different ways to carry.

Perfect Product And Just The Right Amount Of Space
This bag is amazing! I love how it is a duffel on top and a suitcase on the bottom. It has just enough space for everything. Super easy to carry around and I like how you can either pick it up by the straps or you can wheel it like a suitcase. Perfect product!

10/10 so good
This duffel bag is also a suitcase in one, it has many compartment the underneath is more suitcase/carry on like while the top is more duffel bag. It’s really secure and durable, I’ve traveled to Chicago, Pittsburg, and Nashville with this so far and it hold everything so well and everything has its perfect space! It does look more masculine but if you don’t care then it’s wonderful!

So Much Storage!!
The High Sierra Pathsetter Carry-On wheeled duffel has so much storage! I used to use a traditional wheeled carry on bag, but this bag is so much better. Super durable and is made with quality material. Love all the different storage compartments and it has some external storage pockets with easy access.

Great quality duffel!
I was pleasantly surprised by this duffel bag. It has great storage space and a clean look. I’m looking forward to using it on a trip to see how it holds up. The material is nice and it’s easy to roll. My only complaint is that it doesn’t stand on its own when there’s nothing inside of it, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me.
