I love this bed

I’ve had this bed for a few years now ( I want to say 3 years, got it before my son was born) after seeing in store. It is sturdy. It’s beautiful yet simple. We’ve also done about 3 moves with this bed and it’s held up so well. Within the past few years my son has grown up and has jumped on the bed along with my husband and it’s still sturdy as can be. I love this bed.

BUYER BEWARE. AVOID BUYING A BED FROM MACY's

BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy this bed. The wood slats are painted black and the paint rubs off onto rugs, carpet, etc. My new carpet that was installed a couple weeks ago is ruined. I have reached out to their customer service team via phone number and email. I have not heard back in over a week. Seems like Macy's is ignoring my outreach. I am very upset and at this point I will not purchase any items again from Macy's based on the horrible service I have received.

Lovely bed

Gorgeous well made bed with excellent delivery and white glove assembly service. The bed has a “new” smell which is strong and needed a few weeks to air out. Best price from Macy’s!

Beautiful Bed

The bed was delivered yesterday and I am delighted with the aesthetics of it. However, please be aware that the color is very different than in the advertisement. It is shown as a light BEIGE but it is actually a light GRAY. I will make it work.

Very Happy

Got this bed in king size for primary bedroom. It is beautiful and solidly built. The texture gives it a very rich feel. The height of the headboard is perfect, tall enough to be seen and have a presence but not so tall as to look comical like some other beds I’ve looked at.

Love the look and feel of this bed. But it definitely needs a box spring to bring the mattress up to the correct height!
