Delivery

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from Macys my package never comes when it says it will be delivered and whenever I call I’m told an extension was given and I’m confused because whose given the extension? It’s very inconvenient because I was told each time I would receive it on a certain day and it’s never delivered. Maybe Macys needs to move on from UPS or something because I love the product but the online ordering is the worse when it comes to delivery. I ordered luggage for a trip and was emailed it would be here now I’m forced to buy luggage. I will be returning it but it was very inconvenient

Hillsboro Luggage set is the Best!!!

My son and I agree, this set was a welcome surprise! Well made and a large variety of colors. Bought for my grandson's graduation in purple which is his new college colors. Macy's One Day Sale came in the nick of time.... :)

Sturdy Enough

I hope they’re sturdy enough for they get thrown around. Have not yet used them but I brought this set because the one I had the wheel was ripped off. Like the set and color hopefully they will last long than my prior ones.

Marked up

When I went to pick up the suitcase at Macy’s, it was scarred and marked up. I didn’t take the suitcase. I was looking for other colors, but it was not in stock at the store. I would have to order and have it delivered to my home, but Macy’s gave me a $25 coupon to use towards another purchase.

Decent luggage set

I've taken this set on two trips that involved flying. The suitcases held up well to the rough handling at the airport. They got a few dings, but nothing too noticeable. I used these to pack items needed for 2 people for a seven day trip each time. Both suitcases have expandable zippers, so there was plenty of room leftover for all the purchases coming back from the trips. Both were easy to handle and the wheels made them easy to get to the checkeed gate and to roll the carry-on through the airport. The set is lightweight with is also nice.
