Upsetting

Very cute and was so excited got the phone turned on and it just keeps blacking out and turning off I can’t even use it this is so frustrating! I need to figure out a return or exchange because I really want this phone I think they sent me a defected one.

I never received it

I was getting it for my daughter as a Christmas gift I had to exchange gift with her and didn't receive it to give her a gift back on this special day I feel bad hate gove gifts after make me feel like I didn't shop for them a head of time kind of make them feel left out.

Worse gift ever

The screen was always cutting out and now it won’t cut on . This is definitely a toy don’t waste your money if this will be your only phone ☎️.

No free year plan

It did not come with a free 1 year plan, if you here to buy it because you seen it on tiktok. You will have to purchase a year plan. QVC has it for the same price but it includes the 1 years plan. Still cute though

Granddaughter gift.

This is my first granddaughter phone. She was so excited. She loves it. She calls me all the time. This is a good phone. I highly recommend that you get this phone as starter for daughter or granddaugter.

Makes a great gift for the holidays! I just bought one for my niece and she is a huge Barbie. She’s going to be so excited cause I know she’s always wanted a phone for Christmas. (Like a flip phone type of device)
