I never received the puzzle. I received a box from Macy’s and inside of the box the packing slip listed the puzzle as what should be in the box but instead, I got a game called Pass the Pigs. I did not order the game and I do not want the game. I have tried on three separate times over several weeks to get this issue resolved & have been frustrated beyond belief at the appalling customer service. The people that answer the phone at customer service have such strong foreign accents that I can barely understand them. They are kind and polite but unintelligible. It is a month later and almost Christmas and I still do not have my puzzle. They said they were going to send a replacement ASAP and that was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Macy’s customer service has taken a nose dive! I know it’s just a puzzle but it’s extremely frustrating.
