Item shattered

Glass butterfly ornament

This was even more beautiful than anticipated. I can't wait to put it on my tree. It's also bigger than I expected. Especially glad that I got it on sale.

Came broken

This very pretty piece is suppposed to have 4 glass leaves in a form of a prism each. Mine came with only 2! There was no evidence that the other 2 piece broke in shipment, no broken glass, no pieces laying separetely. Macy's knowingly packed a less than whole ornament, carefully wraped it in all the wrappings, put in a box, taped it and sent it over to me. Hoping I wouldn't notice, eh? The ornament itself is beautiful, but I should have gotten a discount forbroken pieces. Shame on you, Macy's!
