Received broken

It was a cute ornament, but whoever packaged it, did a horrible job. The ornament was wrapped loosely, and in a small box. That box was in a big box with no stuffing, so it banged around, and the glass was broken. What a shame!

Nice ornament – but arrived damaged

Ornament reminds me of a slow snow globe -minus the liquid. It has a heavy wood base with free flowing snow inside when shaken The globe exterior is glass. Mine arrived broken, even though it was packaged very well. Anxious to see how the replacement arrives. Overall, it is a nice heavier ornament, and great for the sale price.
