Love it but shipping was terrible

The recipient of this gift loved this Santa. It made my heart so full to see how happy they were. However, I'm surprised the Santa made it in one piece - it was badly packaged. There was no protective packaging like with other Santas I've bought.

Other occasion to buy:Santa seems nice but they just through it in a too big box to ship with no packing whatsoever and entire neck is broken making the Santa unusable! Macy's packagers are HORRIBLE!
