Terrible experience!

This tree is glass like an ornament and came in a smashed box and the tree was in a million pieces. They were all over the floor when i opened it. I called offshore to Macy's customer service and they have no idea as to what I was talking about and even today I have been given a notice that I did not return the Item. This is the second time this year I had problems with this so called customer service who are in a different country!
