Terrible buyer beware

Purchased two of these because I liked the toggle and wanted to give it as a gift. Received it, but after opening the box, it is very cheaply made and feels like it will break at any moment. Decided to return to the store, only to find out it is SOLD BY A THIRD PARTY. Macy's/vendor has refused to give a refund for the returned items. Do not purchase unless you are certain you want to keep the cheap necklace
