issues with alignment

Nice looking chairs and seem solid enough however could not install one of them because holes to attach one of the legs to the seat were misaligned. When called Macys no responsibility as this is third party seller merchandise and they basically wash their hands off once transaction is done. I couldn’t contact seller myself and had to rely on Macys customer service to message them and have to wait 5 days for a response. On top of that rep says seller doesn’t facilitate replacement parts and not sure how problem would be resolved. Very disappointing sales practice. I purchased item from Macys and as a major retailer there should be more accountability when responding to these types of customer concerns. Will not be buying any more furniture from Macys after this.

great dining chairs

These chairs are beautiful, I left off one star because I wish they would have been a little more “substantial” but they are sturdy. comfortable, and really pretty.
