poor service

my order was shipped to a different state and signed for by someone. I called immediately snd was assured my Macy's account will hsve a full refund in 48 hours. it nevèr happened and 10 days later no credit. poor service

Looks Chic, Saves Space

I searched for a couple years to find a cabinet to put in our master bathroom. We don’t have any closet space and we were restricted by width so finding something was tricky. I purchased on a Tuesday and received it on a Friday, shipping time was excellent. Instructions are clear, no words. I put this together by myself and it took about 2 1/2 hours. An extra set of hands would do you well but can be done with one person and some patience. My only complaint is the hardware pieces themselves. One of the heads of the screw broke off and I can’t remove the screw to replace. Also, the door handle had a tiny bit of a black piece that chipped off. I can touch it up with paint however for the price I paid, I shouldn’t have to. All in all, a decent quality cabinet. Others have said the back pieces are a little flimsy. I agree but again, it doesn’t have any bearing on the actual use of the unit.

Satisfactory Purchase

When you buy one of these type of units there is often a question of quality and difficulty in assembly. We started out poorly in that the unit did not ship on a timely basis. After that initial confusion, the product arrived in a box that looked like a truck had run over it - torn cardboard, foam packing sticking out. My first reaction was great, how do you return something like this? But when I opened the carton, everything was well packed and in good condition. Every part was included and well marked. Instructions were quite clear, but only images, no words of instruction. We are not mechanically adept, but managed assembly with only a couple of minor wrong turns. It takes two people and a considerable amount of time to assemble, but was not particularly difficult. The unit itself is sturdy and looks good. It is a smaller unit which is what we wanted.

Beautiful shelf, sturdy

I love my cabinet. I do wish it was a bit wider but for the most part, it's perfect for where and what I bought it for. beautiful and rich looking.

Good quality product

The back of this product could be a little more sturdy, but all in all, I am very pleased. I am using it as a storage cabinet in my kitchen. Adds some well needed flare to my kitchen.

Perfect, only a little tricky.

Great for small spaces. The amount of things I can put in here is great only had a few issues putting together I was able to get about 85% together before having to use a drill. Broke a few screws due to the drill but easy fix and still 100% worth the money. The back part is very flimsy but holds very well.
