HOMCOM Wingback chair

The HOMCOM wingback chair is comfortable, sized right. Assembly was not difficult. The only issue was a missing screw. One call to customer service and the screw should arrive in 5 business days.

Some assembly required.

It would have been helpful if the Macy's website had mentioned that this chair would be delivered in a box and require some assembly. That is why I gave it only 4 stars. Luckily my husband was able to put it together fairly easily. The chair itself is fine. It is what I was looking and has a nice firm seat and I like the soft blue denim color very much.

Not What I Expected.

I am very disappointed with this chair. Assembly was fairly simple and I completed this by myself. But the finished product was flimsy and you can feel the wood and no padding on one of the arm rests. I did decide to keep it as it was just going in a spare room that won’t get too much use. I would not recommend to others. Certainly not worth the price. I expected better from Macys
