Huge issue with return

Item wasn’t needed. Tried to return and was sent a UPS label with incorrect weight so UPS would not accept the label. Tried calling the seller who tried to send me to fedex but I haven’t heard back from them. Called Macys who transferred me from one department to another

Really Pleasantly Surprised

The shipment was incredibly fast and accurate. Great packaging and reliable delivery. The Sofa is very comfortable for sitting and sleeping (no weird bumps) and it's easy to figure out (no instructions necessary).

Kids dorm couch/bed

The beige color is really cute. The color matches the pic too! My daughter is super excited to put this in her NDSU dorm & bought some pillow foot stools to rest her feet on.

Bought this chair for my son

I bought this chair for another seating option for my son with cerebral palsy. He can not sit unaided and normally uses his wheelchair or lays on the couch. When I saw this chair had so many reclining positions I figured it might work for him and I'd give it a try. It's worked out great! I am very pleased with the size and the many differrent height options for the back. It is very comfortable, I also relax in it in from time to time. I think it is a great floor chair and worth the price.

Good for movies and gaming

We have a projector set up in our attic and wanted a low couch so we wouldn't block the image. My husband loves unfolding this couch and stretching out his legs while we watch a movie. No one has slept on it yet, but it seems like it would be comfortable enough if we had visitors.

Worth it! Just no instructions :(

This is a very versatile floor futon, it's comfortable! It's worth the money if you're looking for something functional for a small space. I bought it for my RV and it I love it!Only issue: NO INSTRUCTIONS. It's not rocket science but instructions would have made setting it up a little easier. It folds like a beach chair but in several different places
