Ordered multiple times with no delivery received

I ordered this chair two different times with no successful delivery. The company they use for shipping is Ontrac and they delivered my package to the wrong address twice. The first delivery had no photo and stated the wrong city and the second had a photo with the correct city but it was not my house. I reported the issues on the first delivery and was told they couldn’t investigate due to the time that elapsed. When you send an email notification it takes the company two business days to investigate. Then an additional two days on every response. I would say save your money and spare yourself frustration by not ordering this product. I am still pending a refund from the company who clearly trusts a bogus delivery company. I was told by Macys since this is a weird party company, the third party company has to review the refund request in 3-5 business days and may grant the refund or may not. Thereafter, if granted, I’ll have to wait another 3-5 business days.
