I purchased (4) of these chairs , they were left on my porch with no contact they had arrived . I open the boxes and found a part (( the same in all 4 boxes )) a part was missing . PART C , I INFORMED THE COMPANY , they said they would have to send out 4 new boxes instead of the missing part, The 4 new boxes arrived , sometime Sunday , August 3 rd with no contact they were left on the porch , (( fortunately a police patrol car was cruising the neighborhood, they rang the bell and help me bring the boxes inside the house . I then open the second boxes to find out the same part was missing in all 4 boxes . I’m waiting for these boxes to be picked up . I think some compensation is due , and why all these parts missing .
