GREAT VALUE FOR PRICE

This is a very nice soft chair I purchased for my mother. Works well lifting you up and out. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star is the massager works well but is not intense as I would have liked and the fact you do have to put it together. It was an additional cost for me since I do not have that expertise but well worth it since the chair was purchased at a very good price at sale time.

It is a bit small and very hard to put together. It took us about 4 hours to put it together and about 2 to figure out how to do it
