Horrible purchase and terrible customer service.

This broke on left side. It is now lopsided, as it was poorly manufactured by using staples to hold wooden bar within the recliners base. It is sitting in my living room lopsided and looking awful, yet macys and Aosom fail to resolve my issue. I just need to trash this eyesore.

Recliner for rest, not so great

Chairs appearance is pretty good unfortunately the recline is not stay up. Well doesn’t seem to go in the full extension not very good for a Over 6 foot individual. Wish I could send it back.

Poor quality

I reached out to the seller to see if they will be able to return or fix the issue with this chair. The chair was broken when received. Seller never got back to me and now I am outside of return window. This chair is not good quality.

Excellent Chair

I ordered this chair because I live with chronic back pain and was hoping it would help. The heat feature is great and warms very quickly. The massager is not super strong, but is strong enough that it does create a relaxing experience. The heat though is great, very warm, and definitely soothes sore muscles. I am 5'6" and 150 pounds and fit very comfortably in this chair. I would not recommend this chair for anyone over 6'00 tall or anything who is very wide. But, for an average size person this chair should be fine. It was also easy to put together. I would recommend this product to a friend.

The Chair we'd been looking for!

The chair is comfortable and just the right size for our living room. The electronic functions are a nice addition, but the chair makes it's own case for just the right size AND comfortable.

The chairs are very fragile. I have not even bought them for 2 months and one of them is loose on one side.
