ABSOLUTEY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

If/when purchasing furniture, through Macy's.com make sure to read the fine print. 11 customer service representatives and no resolution. I was not aware that this chair was from a third party. I have been a Macy's customer since childhood as my parents shopped at Macy's. I have never had a problem with in-store purchases. I have never written a bad review regarding bad customer service experience, if anything I have commended customer service representatives. I take the time to take surveys and leave a message regarding my positive customer service experiences. As for this experience ABSOLUTELY awful!!! The delivery person left the chair in the lobby of the building. This was a Father's Day/Birthday gift for my father, he is yet to see his gift. It's 3 weeks later, no chair. OnTrac tracking system shows picture of where the uncaring irresponsible delivery person left the box. He left the box at the steps to the entrance of the apartment building and the package still undelivered.
