    Poor Quality

    I was excited to unpackage the 3-piece set I ordered in the red color! But as soon as I began unfolding each piece and holding them out, you could see the thick strands starting to shed off around some of the edges. I went to shake one out to see what happened and red fuzz went everywhere. I’m not sure if this is normal for these shag type rugs or maybe it was a previous returned item? Either way very disappointing, I immediately packaged it all back up and returned it.

    Disappointed

    Both these in red to decorate for Christmas. The red was very loud and being my bathroom is white, I decided to wash before. Well, the darn thing shed so badly that it clogged my washer, my dryer was a mess and the entire garage has red shreds all over. After washing, it starts thinning out. Overall, it’s a disaster. I dried and sent back immediately. That’s not a product that Macys should sell. Pooriest of quality!

    Cheaply Made Bathroom Rugs

    These rugs are are cheaply made. Before I bought this one, I bought 2 full sets. I washed them and they basically shredded in my machine. Big mess. I had to cut all of the shredded strings off which made them look a little better. I don't think I will buy this brand again.

    Meh

    First, I only got 1 rug. Not a set. Second, it doesn't have backing. I will slip and slide all over the place. Last, the strands are HUGE! It doesn't look like a bath rug at all.
