Poor quality

When did Macy’s start selling such poor quality items. This was absolutely unusable and far from any standard that I would expect to find at Macy’s. Looks like things are different now. I even had a terrible time trying to return the item. Macy’s made it very complicated and difficult. I will no longer be shopping at Macy’s.
