Started out well.
Bought this heating/vibrating shawl for chronic pain. I kept the receipt for a month in case of defect. The shawl worked well for about two months when I noticed vibration mode stopped working and the heat seems to have decreased in the shawl itself. It has become a very expensive shawl with little purpose. Very disappointing.

I purchased this as a gift for my wife. she is using it in these cold months on a nightly basis. She loves how warm and soft it is.

Not the quality I was expecting…
Purchased a few weeks ago. It doesn’t get very warm nor does it stay on for very long. Instructions were no help with troubleshooting either issue. I expected better quality for the price.

Doesn't stay on after 30 mins and sheds.
After having borrowed my friend's electric blanket I was thrilled to get this cordless throw; but its very disappointing. 1) It does not heat all over - only in a small patch, which would be located on the back when used at a cape. 2) The blanket shuts off after 30 minutes! The box leads you to believe it will stay on for 5 hours but that's just the battery life. So then you have to go digging around, find the battery pocket, unplug the battery and plug it back in, then press the on button again. 3) The throw SHEDS! After use I am covered in fuzz. I do appreciate that it comes with a battery, and that battery has a long life. I appreciate the battery comes with a charge cord. The throw is also very soft and I was excited about the versatile options of using it as a throw and a cape with arm holes.
