Received my order and opened the box, crumpled paper, pieces of cardboard and the item wet inside with oily outer shell. The remote non responsive and aroma oils missing

Elegant and delightful

This is an excellent diffuser. It works perfectly spreading marvelous scents . It is also elegant and playful with its light and music features. II recommend it wholeheartedly and am thinking of purchasing more.

Loved it!

I really like the design of this diffuser. I like everything about it except for it's hard to tell if I already turned it on or off. I wish there's a on/off light indicator.

I'm buying another one.

I loved this. This is a nice quality diffuser. It is not that cheap plastic one. I wanted something that looked nice and discreet in the house. It looks like part of the decor. I shared it in the tub with my hubby and he was very impressed, very relaxing. It has lights, music and a remote.

Nice diffuser with Strong Qualities

I really like this diffuser. I don't have many other diffusers to compare it to besides my Young Living one, but I feel that it works better than my YL diffuser. I like the extra features of the changing color lights and the optional sounds/music. I also like that this diffuser runs WAY longer than other diffusers - 10 hours continuous, and 20 hours with the short bursts feature. It also seems like it puts out more scent than my other diffuser. I do NOT like the fact that you can't tell on the diffuser what function you've pushed on your remote control. The diffuser only works via remote control, so it would be nice to have some type of indicator lights on the diffuser to say which function you're on. I have to watch the diffuser to see what it's doing to confirm I have it on the right settings. Other than that, I love it!
