Nice Heat Level

Unfortunately, I will have to send mine back. The hard surface actually hurts my feet, as I have diabetic neuropathy. However, if you do not have nerve pain in your feet, this item would feel great, especially with the heat.

Horrible foot massager

This machine is horrible - the bumps in the machine are so hard they hurt and do a lousy job of massaging - it's more like stepping on stones -- you would think Homedics could come up with a machine that gives a soft massage of the whole foot - this one you have to keep moving your foot around -- would never recommend-- additionally it was a replacement for a recall hand massager - will never buy homedic products gain

Best foot massager

I was very skeptical when I purchased this foot massager. As this is my first foot massager purchase. I have to say I am pleasant surprised and in love with with this thing. The rotating balls make it possible to get every inch of your foot. It has a heat function but I found that it really doesnt 'heat' up. Addicted to this thing! HOw did I live without a foot massager? I have no idea.

Love it!

This massager sits on the floor in front of my sofa and when I sit down to watch TV - the unit is in use. Love the massaging action as I can pose my feet in multiple positions to use both the upper & lower massage knobs or just the lower knobs to get directly into my arches or heels. And the heating element really does warm up my feet.
