Defective
I’ve purchased two of these in the last year and both were defective. The motor died in the first one after one use and the second shuts off every 60 seconds. I’ve used other homedics massagers and they were great. This line is just cursed.

Does as advertised with one caveat
The rubber tab (affixed on the lower right in the above photo) is not strong enough to bear the weight of the device. When we used it to lift the massager it broke off making a return for any other reason compromised. Other than that the massager works well and fulfills its purpose.

Great messager - brings relief
This is great for easing back tension. I've been using it for almost a month now. I previously owned the HoMedics plug-in massager for probably 15 years. It finally died, which was my fault - putting too much weight on it. This massager is quiet and lasts more than enough on a charge for giving me the relief I'm looking for. I like the portability using a rechargeable battery versus plug-in. My old massager had a fabric flap on it to dampen the sharpness of the moving parts against my skin. This one has silicone coated nodes instead which is just right in the amount of softening the movement of the nodes. Once again, an improvement over the old model. Great product!

Excellent when used correctly
At first I was unimpressed because I tried to used the massager while laying in bed. However, to get the full effect you need to use it while sitting in a chair. I think this massager really digs in deep (might be too intense for some) where other "shiatsu"/roller ball massagers are pretty weak. I would definitely recommend this massager to others!

Amazing relief
I have a bad back and at the end of the day after being on my feet all day constantly bending over, picking children up or just daily tasks I'm crawling to my bed by night fall. I really enjoy the portable availability the massager offers. The charge lasts a good portion of the time and the settings are convenient and useful!

Never felt so great!
The Gentle Touch Gel Cordless Massager has been the best part of my life. I take it to my work office, to my car and even to the park! I am able to get an amazing massage in my back when needed. It has enough pressure to release all your back within minutes! The best part it is easy to turn on and recharge when needed. Really love it!

Pure bliss
I’m someone that hold a lot of tension and stress in my shoulders/back and this has helped me tremendously. I’ve noticed my mood has improved, I’m more productive now that I’m not carrying all that tension in my back anymore. It’s cordless which makes it so convenient to take with me for post gym use or when I’m waiting in car line to pick my kids up from school. Works out all those built up knots and every couple mins the rotation changes to help really break them up. The heat is an added bonus that sends me into such a deep relaxation.
