I don't recommend this ! it is not comfortable! When I turned on first it start to make noise. I returned it right away. and also macy's didn't give me a full refund. Not happy.....

Disappointed!

Back Massage section broke within a year. Material covering the massage heads ripped apart. Neck massage part still works. Inflatable cushions are a useless gimmick. Not worth the money.

Good for back, bad for neck

Neck level comes much higher than my neck, unusable. Back massage is good though. I'm 5'6. I wish it was adjustable. I will have to return.
