Just ok not too great
Is ok, I have to set where's I wanted if ha e it set for full back massage it pinch right into center of my bone it hurts. Wish I can trade in for different model.

Thanks for your feedback. Shiatsu massagers are designed to provide a deeper, more intense massage, which can feel too strong for some users depending on placement. We recommend adjusting the position or using a towel for added cushioning to make it more comfortable.

The nodules are too small and positioned too close together, making the shiatsu and rolling effectiveness lacking. The shiatsu rotation is NOT reversible. They only turn in one direction. Moving the vibration function from the seat the moving mechanism adds an absolutely no relief value and will prove to be the first thing to fail. It should have remained in the seat. The workmanship is good and it's light enough to be portable especially for short distances, set up and removal. The one track mechanism is always best, providing no gaps in massage from bottom to top.

Just fantastic
I bought this for my husband and he LOVES it. His back had been feeling tight for months, but this massager has corrected that (shiatsu is his fave). I've been enjoying it as well! It's a lovely way to wind down at the end of the day. We specifically wanted a model that didn't contain leather, and this one was just right. We're delighted with this purchase.

overall good massage, neck a little rough/tight
all the body massage functions feel good, especially the air compression around the lower back, but the neck function is a little rough and squeezes tight, have to adjust body position to get it alright.
