Great for short-term use but painful on buttocks
I just purchased the Shiatsu pro plus for work to replace the oldie but goodie massage chair from homedics that was gifted to me by my deceased mother. I hate that it wore out. But the new model is great for short term use but not for all day use. Today I noticed my work chair had indentation from the massage pro plus and my buttocks was in pain from sitting on it for 3 hours. I need something for all day use due to my back was injured in a car vs bus accident. I will probably keep it for home use, but i need to do more research on finding a massager that doesn't have hard mechanism in the seat.

Great Product!
I have owned this model for a few years and love it. Lately, due to back muscle issues, I have been using the Shiatsu Pro Plus much more often. In fact, I brought it with me during an extended trip (via car) and used it at my niece's home. My niece tried using it and loved it so much that I purchased a second one for her.

Not a good product waste of money
Bought this product in November a gave to my mother as a Christmas present, used about 5 times a it stopped working but it was after the "return window"
The Best Unit for me.
I've purchased this massager over & over. For price it is the best an most versatile, w/spot treatment. I'm quite hard on this machine, and usually wear the fabric out before the machine breaks.

Awesome product
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I just received this in the mail today and I am extremely happy with it! I had one just like it a few years ago and I just recently had to dispose of it because the remote stopped working, that's probably because I had it worn out lol. I hope this one lasts a long time like the other one. It is soo good for the back pain. And I will order again in the future if/when this one wears out. Thank you so so much. 5 stars!
