Great features for customization

Love all the features of the massage cushion. I got it because my mid back hurts and massage helps. Like the customization of the spot and the width for the rolling and kneading on the back. I also like the neck massage can be lowered or raised based on your height or where you want the massage like your shoulders. I gave 4 stars because the width button doesn't light up and I bought brand new. Good intensity.

Totally worth it!

Phenomenal product. I’ve used several back massagers over the years and this one is the best I’ve ever used (besides the massive chairs in spa places that probably cost thousands). I was surprised at how customizable it was with the adjustable neck massager height and the kneading trigger point:arm width. definitely would recommend.

interesting product

i mean who is this massager really targeted for? im a 5’3 woman and this massager stops just underneath my shoulder blades, which is the exact reason why i purchased this massager. i need it for my upper back/shoulder blades/neck area. even when i press and hold to adjust the height, it does not go any higher. i have a short torso and this cannot reach the top of my back?? actually upon first use, this device made my back more sore for a couple of days. so i am really having trouble who would benefit from this. would really like a refund or exchange. i had such high hopes for this machine for it to be so expensive.
