Very Relaxing

Am very happy with the Sound Spa slumber. Waking up to the sounds is more relaxing than old style alarm or a blasting radio. The aromatherapy feature is really nice. also the design looks good. not to big not too small. It is nichaving ng the light functions able to dim and select mood color. I wish it had bird chirping nature sound but am very glad with the item.

I LOVE the diffuser

I recently purchased this item and I am very pleased. It is a pretty alarm clock which does not look bulky. I love the color options, but the diffuser is why I purchased it. My only complaint is that of the two samples included, the orange was completely dry. I also noticed this issue in other reviews. Please do a review of your samples before other people become disappointed.

Diffuser does malfunction

The first month, the diffuser was strong but it just slowly died down little by little. I have now had my product for a little under a year and the diffuser is completely inoperable. Everything else about it is amazing. Just a bad diffuser model put in these. For the price of this item, its not unfair to expect a quality product.

We are sorry to hear this. We recommend cleaning the water reservoir with a 50/50 vinegar and water solution and a soft bristle brush. Pour a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water into the reservoir, then soak for five minutes. Brush reservoir walls, base, and ultrasonic membrane clean with a soft-bristle brush and rinse. NEVER touch the ultrasonic membrane with your fingers, as the natural oils in skin can damage the membrane. Clean the membrane once every two to three weeks, depending on your usage. missing oils

I bought this after using one at friend's home. the description specifically mentioned the inclusion of aromatherapy oils. it did not but instead i was sent a bunch of masks. i'm sending this back- i don't like deceptive advertising.

Great Essential Oil Diffuser

I bought this because I wanted an alarm clock that gives a more gentler wakeup than the buzzing sound of the alarm on my phone and combine simplify my nightstand (I already had an essential oil diffuser). Pros: A gentle alarm, you can set the alarm so it plays one of the sounds and automatically turns on the diffuser, small and compact yet you can still smell the oils. Cons: Doesn't have a dual alarm, there's a slight white noise when playing the sounds, even on level 1 some of the sounds are still a little loud imo. Overall great product. A free pack of KN95 masks also came with the purchase.

I absolutely love it!

So happy with it. I especially like the spa sounds. Turn on med low and it's almost like being in a spa. Haven't used the mist yet.

Love the features

I am so disappointed. This worked really well for about a week then it just stopped putting out the mist and aroma. I keep it in the hopes of it starting again, in fact just this morning I cleaned it, put in fresh water only and it gave a huge puff and then just quit. Everything else works just fine. But I love my aroma and sadly I don't get it. This is really a piece of garbage now sitting by my beside. I hope you will be able to improve this product so that it lasts for those of us who want to use it. I am super saddened by this product and can safely say. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT.

obnoxious buzz on low light settings

i really like everything about this but if lowering the clock light setting an obnoxious ringing starts so we have to leave it on the highest setting. i would love a replacement but every other review says there is something else wrong with it so i don't want to bother sending the whole thing back to get one with a worse issue. could at least be issued a discount since, but the company refuses. pretty ridiculous. will probably never shop at homedics again but like this unit aside from this obvious flaw.
