Best purchase ever

Stepping and working!

The HoMedics Stayfit Mini-Stepper sits under my desk and I can now "get moving" while I'm getting work done. It's been a game changer for me. Great for office work

This mini stepper is great to help me keep active while I'm stuck at my desk. The buttons are straightforward and easy to use. Basically, you put it under your desk, plug it in, and you're ready to go. I like that it comes with a mat to place under the stepper. It keeps it in place and keeps it from digging into the carpet. I get a nice little workout while I'm writing business letters. For a fun change of pace, you can also run it backwards. I'm enjoying this stepper.

Quiet and compact
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] working from home at a make shift desk for 3 months has been ruining my back and knees. So far I have used the homedics mini stepper for about 4 days. I like both manual and auto. With auto I can turn it on and concentrate on my work as my legs are going. With manual you need to pay attention to keep it going. Very impressed with the low noise, easy to move and size. Also great feature it goes forward or in reverse. Happy with mini stepper.

The best thing u can use anywhere perfect size easily u can move and u can use watching TV reading using laptop.. The three program that are on there which are give u warmup a stretch. .. Three manual speed let u choose your intensity level low medum and high. Even you could go forward or backword. Big led blue display easily u can read. Also a mat came with this . Overall I really like this mini stepper and definitely I will recommend.

Easy workout!!

It is a low impact way to get my steps in since recently breaking my foot. It is easy on my joints of my foot and knees since it is done while sitting. My favorite part of the machine is the automatic programs and the manual is a plus and you can choose the resistance. Great product!!!!
