Disappointed

I did not like this. It squeezed my feet from side to side not from top to bottom… it was awkward, uncomfortable and it hurt. I enjoyed the calf massage but you can not turn off the foot massage part. Returned

Perfect

After my husband 12hr shift while standing on his feet this massager is the absolute best. I definitely recommend this product

Don’t purchase for heat feature

The heat feature is not manufactured well. I don’t feel much heat at all. I would suggest paying less and just getting one without heat. The massage only feature is good.

It was too big for my feet and therefore the placement and motion of the mechanisms squeezed the sides of my feet together at the balls. I couldn't relax. It was uncomfortable at best, painful at times. I was scared it would break my foot. I wear a Women's 7.5.

BEWARE! Feet got stuck in machine!

Bought this as an Xmas present for my sister. She turned it on and immediately we smelt a really strong plastic odor. About 3 mins in the machine stopped kneading and just halted in the position it was in (which was squeezing her feet). We waited and it just made noises...tried turning it off then on again the power button stopped working. Her feet were stuck in the machine for 10 mins before we could get them out.
