It worked great for about a week. I filled the tank tonight and nothing. I cleaned it. I did not use distilled water. Can you tell me what went wrong?

My unit works great ! I do have one question 🙋‍♂️ where would I locate the oil for my unit ?

Not satisfied

Initially, it was good, but after a week doesn't why it's not working.Can't even return it as we threw the outer box assuming this is what we needed.

Terrible product

The buttons on it decide when they want to work and don't want to work. The color will randomly turn on and then not turn off. Machine randomly turns off by itself

This humidifier came a little smaller than I expected and it was used. I am disappointed with the experience.

Mildew and mold

I do not usually write reviews on products but felt this was necessary. I was so excited to buy this humidifier and was completely let down. In order to feel the full effects, you must have the mist setting on high so the mist time does not last nearly as long as advertised. Also - after just one use, the entire unit smelled like mildew despite following all cleaning instructions. Now that I’ve tried using it several times, I can’t even return it. Do not waste your money.
