Product was great but stopped working.
I bought this product about 2-3 years ago during the pandemic and loved it. I went to use it the other day and it quit working. Is it done? Should I throw it out?

Great little gadget
I've used this to sanitise everything that fits inside it. From earrings to earplugs, combs and hairbrushes and all my families phones. Takes no time at all. We are all really happy with it and it gets used a lot. Im going to take it on holiday with me as its small enough to fit in my handbag and no heavier than a small purse.

Great Cleaner!
I bought the UV Phone cleaner a few weeks ago and love it! It makes me feel like I’m keeping my phone clean and safe and I use it for eyeglasses and my car keys and I put money in there also to clean!! Bye bye bacteria!!

Doesn’t work
This product does not work and I cannot get any response from Homedics. Thought it was a better company but apparently not. Won’t be using them again.

Brilliant piece of kit
In todays tech age it’s easy to image how dirty your smartphone gets when most people have them constantly in their hands, around their faces and hair. The HoMedics UV-clean can kill up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses and only takes 30 seconds on each side. Charges quickly in 2/3 hours and can get many sanitisations out of one charge. Phones, small keys, and even small cutlery for when I’m eating out all fit in snugly! with covid constantly around this is a godsend, I feel quite safe having this ready to sanitise all sorts of small items when out and about. Instructions are clear, explains all about the light systems and what each colour means when charging. The case is small, portable and lightweight so can carry in my handbag for cleaning on the go.

No instructions
I got this as a Christmas gift. My phone is an ultra size. But there are no instructions on how to use, charge and sanitize. So I'm disappointed.

Nice little gadget! Sanitises different items.
Very compact and can take it anywhere . Slips nicely into my bag. I took it almost everywhere and due to visiting many places I felt more safe knowing I could pop my phone in this gadget and within a minute (30seconds each side) my phone would be sanitised, giving me peace of mind. Easy to use, takes 2-3hrs to charge but you get a lot of uses. Straight forward instructions and explanation of the light indicators. No noise at all whilst sanitising so keeping an eye on the lights is a good idea. I have also sanitised my musicplayer.

Compact
This is a great little bit of equipment. For those that live in an infection controlled house this is ideal, take it everywhere and clean your mobile phone on the go with it pop up feature, or leave it at home. Ideal for those that work in medical care or patients or even the everyday joe. 30 seconds on each side and 99.9% of germs are gone and you're ready to go again and face the outside world and all it offers!
