Looks better than it performs - not worth the cost
It's okay for what it is supposed to do. However, it is too small for most newer phones, especially those that have a protective case. It is really only big enough to handle a pair of glasses (no case) or a few credit cards. I have to charge it almost every day even if I don't use it. I'm not sure if it is even working because the flashing blue light indicating it is sanitizing stops and turns off completely after a few seconds.

Buyer beware!
Used it twice and then it completed stopped functioning. Charged it again and again to make sure, zipper tab is in the right position and no blue light. Ugh!

Very disappointed!
Received this UV-Clean portable sanitizer bag as a Christmas gift. Battery doesn’t hold charge. I charged it over night and when I went to use it that evening it didn’t work. It will work maybe once when you charge it and use it right at that moment. So very disappointing.

Great for sanitizing phone
Recently purchase and it is great that I can sanitize our phones, keys, glasses etc.! Love that it is rechargeable and portable!

Never worked
I ordered this for my parents for Christmas. It has never worked. It would not charge, out of the box. They've never been able to use it.

Doesn’t work
Opened new box, charged it, doesn’t work. Lights flash red and blue. Customer service has 60+ minutes wait. Hours on receipt say they’re open 2 hours longer than they actually are. So far, not pleased, but HoMedics emailed me asking for a review while things were fresh in mind. Will keep trying for a resolution.
