Not tall enough

I was disappointed to find the device did not go high enough on my back. Should have been more careful in my selection. The massage was a bit rough for me but the heat feature is nice.

labeling and product description imcomplete

Generally, I am pleased with the product. However, it needs to contain a warning that too much deep massage releases lactic acid in the system, which can lead to horrible pain. I am glad that it has an automatic shut off after about 30 minutes.

I love thist massager. Strongly reccommend.

I have a massage chair, but still like to have a spot massage. This one is perfect. You can do a massage with this massager on a chair or on the floor. I bought a larger vergion for my son - he works all day long on computers and he loves the massager even better than me.

gives a deep penetrating massage

didnt expect the size being so large but it covers your back well. I tried it and it was kneading my back so well I turned it over to my husband and the hard massage felt great to him and the heat--so he got a really nice present. I have a really bad back so it was a little too much for me but not for his. Its pretty heavy too--in all its made great, does what it says and if your back is really bad I suggest the regular messager--this one gets into it.

Poor quality

I just bought this massager Dec7, 2016, it is already broken. Power switch is not responding so is a heat switch. It is not even a month , and even than I probably used it three times max. It is very sad that such a reputable store as Macy's selling such a poor quality products. My advice .. do not buy it.
