Worst delivery of my life

I had the worst delivery experience possible! I didn't receive information about the delivery time, so I called customer service, who told me it would be from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. But at 4 p.m. I called again because it hadn't arrived. I was told it would arrive in 30 minutes at the most. However, it arrived at 5:35 p.m. A delivery man who didn't speak only made gestures and showed that he wouldn't take it inside the apartment, only to the door! There were three very heavy boxes, which were wet from the rain, and after I insisted, he PUSHED THEM INSIDE WITHOUT EVEN GOING THROUGH THE DOOR! Worst delivery of my life! If I had known, I wouldn't have bought this product.
