Not Impressed With Service/Experience

When received we were not able to assemble the dresser because the instructions/parts didn’t match. We’ve assembled plenty of furniture after our recent move with no issues. I requested a refund and was told by customer service to return the item at any Macy’s. I tried two separate stores where I was told they would not accept my return. I called customer service again and they informed me I should actually go to UPS to return the item. When I went to UPS and said there was an issue with the return label and I would need to call customer service again. I also tried to reach out to the vendor/original seller with the service number Macy’s customer service provided and received an error that the number was out of service. After already spending an hour on the phone with customer service, and lugging the heavy box around the city I gave up and ended up throwing it out.

So pretty!

Everything came as described. It took a few hours to assemble, but it is sturdy. It looks so classy!

Missing pieces!

I have contacted the company and have yet to get a response. The product arrived with four missing pieces. I cannot use the top drawers. Also the number does not work. I’m very disappointed in this purchase!
