Disappointed ("Honeywell"+"Macy's" trusted names)

it stopped working within 2 days. I set up the dehumidifier for pump in my basement upon getting it delivered on Wednesday, When I went back to the basement on Friday, I found it with no power, no lighted signs at all. I tried this dehumidifier on different electric outlets thinking that it was due to the circuit breaker. No! I first reached out to the Honeywell technical support team who recommended to return to the seller. I submitted the return and am waiting for the refund.
