Terrible boxes for fine jewelry!

Earrings are just ok. I am a long time Macy’s Platinum card holder. I have been purchasing a lot of fine jewelry mainly for gifts and rarely does the jewelry come in a proper box. The jewelry is in zip lock plastic bags to be placed in a velveteen pouch. Hardly the way to give and receive an expensive piece of jewelry. Macy’s management - please correct this…spending alot of money for a cheap box is totally unacceptable. Not to mention, shipping the item in a plastic bag and the gift box is dented as well!!
