    chain broke 4 times

    I bought one for me, one for my daughter. Both chains broke in the first 24 hours, I just sliding them around our next to clasp. Went back to Macys to exchange them for two new ones, second chains broke within 24 hours. They are box chains, just poorly constructed, should be more durable. The pearl is too small to put another chain through it. Returned.

    I bought this as a gift for my wife. It was well receive and has held up well so far... however the chain is very thin and was not packaged well. When she removed it from the box, it tangled. With patience, she untangle it.
