Knots is chain

Quality was good. Shipped me this item and one of the necklaces case was missing part of the inside. This caused the necklace to twist and knot multiple times during shipment. I spent hours trying to untie the knots as the chain is very small in size.

service was a joke, ordered 2 items on the 26th during sale. one item was stated to be available for pickup at local macys. second item would be shipped per order site to my residence. on 27th email was received and first item could be picked up at store. next email on the 27th said second item would be shipped to the store also contrary to original purchase. on the 28th i picked up first item and asked about second item and if they could verify shipping location of item #2 stated not possible (clueless) said purchase order would state. told sales agent i received 2nd email saying second item would be shipped to store. told to call 1-800 customer care center which i did from store...person on phone said original order showed delivery to my residence not to store, informed phone person of email stating shipment to store address was not sure what is going on stated to watch for further emails where item gets shipped to. store is now a zoo for black friday will not return for 2nd item.

Pearl necklace

Necklace is a very nice piece but the chain came so tangled that I was unable to put it on my wife before dinner on our 30th anniversary- little disappointed

The straps are WAY too short; you cannot cross them. Unfortunately I need to return this item.

Pearl necklace

The pearl itself is very pretty. The chain is so fragile and not strong enough to hold the piece. It broke within a month.
