Necklace is a very nice piece but the chain came so tangled that I was unable to put it on my wife before dinner on our 30th anniversary- little disappointed

The straps are WAY too short; you cannot cross them. Unfortunately I need to return this item.

Pearl necklace

The pearl itself is very pretty. The chain is so fragile and not strong enough to hold the piece. It broke within a month.

Excellent piece difficult purchase

I am pleased with the product but I would not have paid retail for it. The online order process and in store pickup were exasperating. The chain provided was very slight and arrived tangled.

Knotted Gold Chain

The pendant was very nice, however, the gold chain arrived tangled and knotted so badly it had to be cut off, making it unusable
