Beautiful Necklace

I purchased this beautiful pearl necklace (without insurance Macy's offers), and you have 30 days from purchase to get this insurance. I will go back and do so, as I just read a prior review and the customer showed a photo with the pearl missing - it had fallen out. The setting is very unique and pearl large, so it could easily come apart....Also, know that when you purchase this necklace, you will need to replace the chain. The salesperson explained that the very thin, delicate, and fragile gold chain that comes with is a 'display' chain. The pearl and setting are heavy (it's a 12-13 mm pearl), so a stronger, heavier chain is necessary.

Pearl Fell Out

The pearl is a big enough and beautiful, I bought two necklaces at different time ( gold and white gold), this is my second one, but the pearl fell out and lost just less than two months.... so sad and disappointing!!

Beautiful classic.

Lovely classic piece that I know I will wear for years to come. My only concern is the same that everyone else had stated - the thickness of the chain, but this still does not deter too greatly as the chain does provide some sparkle.

Very pretty

Very pretty. I saw two of them and one of the pearls had a blemish on the back of the pearl. They were also slightly different in color (one was slightly pinkish). I chose the white one with no blemishes. The diamonds could be nicer since they are so small but they sparkle enough. I was worried that the weight of the pearl would not stay stable on my chest but it didn't flop around or turn. The chain is thin for the weight of the pearl though.
