USELESS
It doesn't splash water. So I splashed the water with a bucket. It doesn't suck water either. V v not user friendly. No help available. I am very frustrated and ready to return.Who has this kind of time.

Do not waste your money
I ordered this hard floor cleaner and it broke the first time I used it. The expensive floor cleaner runs out as soon as I put it in. I went on the Hoover site to trouble shoot the problem - I tried each of the suggested “fixes”. Nothing helped. I have an expensive piece of plastic that is new but worthless. So frustrating! Beware of this purchase

Love it but need repair people
This is my 6th FloorMate. As you can see I like them. The only complaint is when something goes wrong I am clueless. No one in my area repairs them. I have 1 that a part is broken & motor is doing something wicked:} It is the most usefull tool in my cleaning

Didn't last a month
Only had this for 3 weeks and the motor is blown. I'm not cleaning floors that are super bad either just your basic kitchen and hardwood floors. I cleaned it each time I used it and all of a sudden it starts screaming when I turned it on to use it. It did a great job while it worked, but it didn't last at all

This is my third unit over the years and it performs as the others for the cleaning task with a tile floor. Great Value.

The Best Hard Floor Cleaner
Purchased this as a replacement for the lighter weight cleaner that gave out after a couple of years. Had this type before and it is far superior to the cheaper version.Better cleaning and suction. Can’t live without it. I have both hardwood and tile floors. Easy to use and beats old school mop and bucket.
