HooverHigh Performance Swivel XL Pet Upright Vacuum

This vacuum is powerful but, there are some things I am not happy with. 1. The hose is not long enough. If you are trying to use the attachments, often the vacuum tips over because the hose just doesn't reach very far. 2. There is no way to just have hose suction. The brush bar continually spins. Compared to my last Hoover pet vacuum that lasted 13 years, I am disappointed. The brush attachment with lint pad is like magic. I love it. Overall, I am sort of satisfied but not in love with it.

Do not buy this!

Im currently on my 4th machine. The tube ripped off the first time and the other times its the cheap plastic plate on the bottom. They will no longer exchange so I'll go else where.

The brush does not stop when using accessories and it ruined my floor. It is made with cheap plastic and the part on the bottom that adjust height has broken. It is less then a year old

It didn't last 6 month

Normal use in our house. Falling parts. We cannot use it anymore because the level plate is broken. Don't recommend this product.

I purchased this product in April 2023. I bought it thinking Hoover is a very good product, but I have been very disappointed. I liked the suction power. But while I use the attachment hose, the roller keeps rotating and this damaged my carpet. In just 2 months the bottom piece of the vaccuum came off and so I took it to the store and got a replacement. In just 2 months the bottom piece of the vacuum cam off again, and the roller no longer rotates at all. So basically only the hand attachment works. A very poorly designed product for Hoover. I don't want the same product, so I am not going back to the store. But I have been trying to call Hoover for 1 1/2 days and I cannot get anyone to answer the customer support line. I've held for 2 hours, then waited for a call back, then tried the chat online. Nothing connects. Poor product and poor customer service.

Would NOT Recommend

Worked fantastic for the first year, then the bottom plate fell off and would not stay on making it hard to use. Now it won't turn on at all. It is one year old and we have already buy a new vacuum. We are not happy and would not recommend

I feel item has safety issues that need to be addressed. Spinner brush doesn't stop when hose attachment is out. Chewed my cord, floor and toes. Hose fell off
