Stopped Working After a Few Months

I received this carpet cleaner as a wedding gift in late June, and by November the suction completely stopped working. I cleaned all the parts and checked everything, but nothing fixed it. I’m very disappointed, especially because I really needed to clean my carpet today. Not the quality I expected.

Great unit

Works great. Lighter than my Bissell and so much easier to clean out aftewards. Love the wand and not having to press a trigger.

Very Frustrating

Does not stay running, you have to kick the left wheel or hold down the power button to turn it back on/ keep it on. Now I'm having issues with it not pulling The water back up out of the carpet. The last tank it worked fine. Most recently it won't pull anything up at all. Tried reinserting the tank several times and even tried rinsing it out in case it was clogged or something.

Extremely Effective

I've only had one other carpet cleaner and it was a hand-me-down so about 15 years old? LOL My new carpet scrubber is so great! There was a learning curve (not long) to figure out how to be consistent with getting the wet cycle to be on. If you go super slow (like snails pace which my last cleaner required), it will flip to dry. And there isn't a way to turn off the soap. You just have to pull it out but that's no big deal. Overall really easy to use. Not as loud as my old one and really effective. The stain stick coming as the handle is super convenient! Really liked that. And got a free battery powered hand vacuum which is teeny but mighty!! Overall I'm thrilled with my new tools!

Easiest Cleaner in Soo many ways!!!

For so many reasons I Love this carpet cleaner! Cleaning carpets are so much easier with this cleaner! You push the cleaner forward to spray the water and when you pull back it automatically sucks the water back in! Just as easy as vacuuming! But what I love most about this cleaner is the ease of cleaning the cleaner once you’re done! You just have to pop off the top panel above the rollers and the rollers come out and just take a sprayer to clean out the area! I’ve had several different kinds of cleaners and this one is by far the Best and My favorite!!

No suction at all

My hoover has no suction at all! The dirty water is totally empty, I already cleaned everything you explained in the videos, it cleans pretty well but the suction part is no good
