Disappointing After Warranty
I bought this product in September 2022 to replace the one I had that stopped working. For the first two years, it worked great. My tiled floors looked great and my area carpets were fresh. Some time in 2024, it stopped sending the steam through the bottom and there was dripping water from the front part that disconnects for hand-held steaming. That eventually stopped as well. After not using the product for several months, I decided to give it another try, due to tracking stuff inside that dirtied the carpeting. It showed steam coming out of the bottom like its supposed to, but the mop pads didn't even get wet. I gave it a shot on the bare kitchen flooring and same thing - the pad didn't get anywhere closed to being damp. Other than waste my time, it wasted electricity. Bottom Line: it was only good for 2 years. Never going to buy this (or anything like it) again.

Awesome product but unable to perform
My only downfall with this product is it is impossible to find replacements for all the accessories. I’m missing the hose along with many of the attachments it came with since losing them in a move. I would love to see an accessory pack that includes most of what was in the original purchased accessory tool kit, I would definitely buy it!

Worst product ever
Worst product I’ve ever bought. I bought one hardly used it a few times and stopped steaming. Spent money to replace water filter which wasn’t cheap and still got one use and quit steaming. Would never recommend the product. My daughter bought one also and same thing happened. Couldn’t even find service for troubleshooting.

had the standard one and upgraded
i bought a new house and wanted a steam mop and i got the standard one and i enjoyed it so much i upgraded to this one

It has Lasted years
I have had this steamer for a few years. It has held up year after year with no issues. The plastic on the attachments could be better. With time, taking on and off, the pastic at the connection points start to wear. I also have been trying to locate a internal diagram. One of my lines inside became worn and needed replacement. It has little springs that I need to see were they went but can not find a image online.

Great Cleaning Tool
Great tool to use in a small home! It takes a little bit of time to heat up but works great.
