Hubby and I love this Hotel Collection Mattress Pad. Best one we’ve ever owned! Stays in place on our King sized bed with no shifting, it’s plush and cooling to sleep on! Buying another one for my Queen sized guest bedroom!

Dissatisfied

I am disappointed. I thought by your ad about it being thick, that it would be a lot more thicker than it is. It’s not comfortable and I am very disappointed. I put my old one back on, still has more padding yet. And will keep looking for something else.

Not well packaged

This product came wrapped horribly and got entirely soaked through the box. I got horrible customer service when trying to remedy the issue, which made me regret buying it in the first place. While the item was destroyed and insect-ridden from the packaging I am being requested to return the product anyway. This is unsanitary, and I can’t imagine FedEx is going to be excited about Macy’s not being willing to drop this request.
