Excellent quality

These sheets are actually softer than the more expensive 680 count Hotel collection. Shrinkage is low and the colors doesn't wash away.

The quality of the color sample photos is poor. I asked Customer Service about availability of inventory at my local stores - their answer was wrong. I went to a nearby store and the friendly, knowledgeable associate, helped me to find a different, but great set of sheets.

Scratchy

The sheets fit well on a deep mattress, are labeled top or bottom, which I find very useful. Unfortunately, the sheets are very scratchy even after multiple washing. I always thought that Macy’s Hotel collection was a better quality-not with this product. Unfortunately a loss of money for sheets we cannot use.

Nice Sheets

These sheets are really nice. The fabric is soft and is not too thick, nor too thin - so, I think these sheets will last a while. They fit my 14" thick queen mattress well. I was surprised that these sheets have a sateen finish (I must have missed that in the description somehow.). However, the sateen appearance is much less after washing than the sheet's initial appearance. I wish that the manufacturer would provide labels on the bottom sheet to let you know what is a top/bottom and what is a side. In my mind, that would make these sheets just perfect!
