DISAPPOINTING PILLOW.

The Medium Down Pillow was a Hugh disappointment, as it was exceptionally soft. I have purchased these pillows numerous times in the past. This is the first time that the medium density pillow had the consistency of a soft pillow. The pillow was very flimsy.

Too firm

This pillow is way too hard for my neck. It states that it is for side sleepers. Only if you want to wake up with a sore neck!
