Big Feathery Mess

I purchased this comforter in winter of last year. I had it in my cart for a while because the price was quite expensive. Eventually, a good sale came around and I got it at a great price. Unfortunately, after using this comforter now all the feathers are coming out and making a horrible mess in my bedroom. I reached out to Macy’s customer service for support, but they did not care. I’ve always liked the Hotel Collection brand. I have bedsheets and bath towels from them, but this is not what I expected. Buyer beware and do not buy. I recommend looking for something else.

Disappointed

I was so disappointed in this down comforter. With it being heavyweight and 750 fill power, you would think it was lofty. I took it out of the package and it was paper thin. I thought maybe leaving it out would fluff it a little. It did not. I had to return it. Sad that this comforter is going for over $1,000 and is not living up to the price.

Toasty winter

Love this brand comforter, super warm . This is my second time purchasing, have not used it yet but it was on sale so I grabbed it. Feathers are lofty and with no stems.
